If you print, copy, download, share, or repost any part of the Site in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Site ceases immediately and you must return or destroy copies at our option.

    We expressly reserve our rights in this regard. This clause does not apply to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

Breach may constitute a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report breaches to law enforcement and cooperate by disclosing your identity.     We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

    In particular, we will not be liable for:

    Businesses: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zavo LTD from all losses, liabilities, costs, claims, damages, proceedings, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Consumers: If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
    Businesses: Our total liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to the lesser of (i) fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or (ii) £10,000.

  2. Submissions and Feedback
    Except as described in our Privacy Policy, anything you submit through the Site (including comments, ideas, suggestions, or questions) is non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, broadcast, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit your submission, including for promoting our services and developing content.

  3. Enforcement
    If we believe you have not complied with these Terms, we may:

  • immediately and temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Site;

  • issue a warning;

  • bring legal action to recover losses or damages; and/or

  • pursue any other remedy available under these Terms or at law.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    Consumers: The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland and residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
    Businesses: The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
